Shipping Fees

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of AED 15 for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Handling Time

Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday).  This means that after you place your order and it is confirmed, it will typically take us 1-2 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. All our products undergo a production process, which contributes to the handling time.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within the UAE after the order has been shipped.  Please note that this is an *estimate*, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

We provide order tracking so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on the courier’s website. “Professional courier”
