Return and Refund Policy

At Imperfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy.

3-Business Day Return Policy

You may return eligible, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 3 business days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Items

Most of our products are eligible for return. However, certain items are non-returnable (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or negligence

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email imperfumesofficial@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery to initiate a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions, including the return address.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, accessories, and any free gifts received with the order.
  4. Label the Package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect item shipped). For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.   

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If the returned item(s) meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 Days business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at imperfumesofficial@gmail.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate the issue and, if the item is deemed damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.    

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.   

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • In the original, undamaged packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Free from any signs of wear, tear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returned within 3 business days of the delivery date.
